Day eight - final evaluation!
Our time on this project is ending. On the day 7 we summed up all the activities we took during the exchange, we discussed what we liked and what we didn't. We also made a graphic evaluation of the project. There was time also to talk to each other and to say a lot of thanks! We exchange contacts and promised to each other we'll be in touch!
We were given also YouthPasses. It's a shame it's over! It's always too short :-(

Day seven - a mini-project to promote tolerant attitude
It's time to do the main workshop on the exchange! Our task was to create an action to promote attitude of tolerance and openness regarding to looking for or taking a job. We made a short presentation about our ideas. It was very creative day! We discussed as a whole group the results of the presentations and exchanged our ideas of how to improve them and introduce into the real life.
After the presentations we met the real Godfather! Yes, you guessed well - it was Italian night :-)
We are working hard :-) |

Day six - be tolerant and entrepreneurial!
We continued the discussion about discriminatory situation at labour market and how to prevent them. We had workshops with an expert - a lawyer. We made a brainstorming about positive and tolerant ways to behave in the working place. The workshops showed us which characteristics should we have to find a appropriate job and that we shouldn't follow schematic ways of thinking. We could also ask the expert about legal aspects of discrimination. It was very interesting!
After a hard work during the day, we deserved a little fun - the evening of our hosts - Polish night!

Day five - discrimination at labour market
On day 5 we tried to analize labour markets in our countries considering equality. We discussed different dimensions of discimination at labour market, for example discrimination of disabilities, sex, nationality. We were working also on an interactive presentation of prejudices situations on different levels of professional career. Moreover, we tried to find solutions how to prevent those situations in real life.
In the evening we had a Latvian night :-)

Day four - a discrimination tree
After short warm-up games we started to think about stereotypes and prejudices. We were dwelling on following topics:
- what is the difference between stereotypes and prejudices?
- is every prejudice followed by a stereotype?
- is discrimination a consequence of stereotypes?
- what are causes and effects of discrimination?
In the evening we continued to talk about stereotypical ways of thinking to assess the opportunities that different people have.
We ended our day with the Hungarian night (we sang again! ;-)).
